It is made from two mineral forms of zeolite, clinoptilolite and mordenite, which are zeolite mines ground to less than 40 microns. Both minerals are inert and natural. Its physical form resembling a honeycomb structure, along with its carbon dioxide sorption capacity and its heat stress reduction and excess moisture reduction capabilities, make it suitable as a leaf and fruit coating product.
Used as a spray adjuvant adhesive, it can act as a carrier for different active substances, such as most fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and fungicide products or other agricultural chemicals, thus increasing its effectiveness in slow-release applications. In particular, it is very effective with contact products such as copper and sulfur. Due to its color and its ability to adhere to leaves and fruits, Mineral Tech CM TM is able to form a transpiring layer that ensures protection against sunburn, reflecting the sun's rays, and absorbs excess moisture helping to keep leaves and fruits drier.
How to apply: Preventive treatments: 10g/1.5 liters of water or 27g/1gal of water or 1.5lb/25gal of water in a mixture with minimum doses of agricultural phytosanitary products, as registered on their labels. Apply weekly. Repeat application after rainfall.
Treatments in case of infestation or strong pathogen action: use 20g/1.5liters of water, 54g/1gal of water, 3lb/25gal of water in a mixture with minimum doses of agricultural phytosanitary products as indicated on their labels. Repeat application after each rainfall.
This product is completely inert, but as with all agricultural products, it should be kept out of the reach of children and pets and best land management practices should be used at all times. Do not allow Mineral Tech CM™ to enter public or private water supplies (including wells) and any lakes, streams or rivers. Personal protective equipment is not required unless the product has been contaminated.
Rinse container three times and pour rinse into spray tank. Do not reuse container. Recycling decontaminated containers is the best container disposal option. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local ACRC recycler, visit www.acrecycle.org. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/national regulations.
